Senior Technician Quality Control at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics performs quality testing and data analysis for a biochemical manufacturing facility in Chaska, Minnesota. The role involves laboratory procedures, microbiology tasks, equipment maintenance, and support for operational quality goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment program and preventative maintenance tasks
- Execute laboratory activities using established scientific methods and tools
- Conduct microbiology tasks including reads, monitoring, and bioburden testing
- Perform quality testing of reagent packs, references, and calibrators
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for safety and operational efficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 5 years of applicable laboratory experience
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Experience utilizing laboratory tools and established scientific procedures
- STEM associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Medical device, FDA, or ISO regulated environment experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating system preferred
Compensation: $24-$26 hourly; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
