RollShield LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join our team.
This position is responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, organizing, and staging materials used for hurricane shutters, windows, doors, screens, sunrooms, and related products. We are looking for someone reliable, organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
Load and unload trucks, deliveries, and materials
Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
Stage materials for jobs, production, or installation crews
Pull, organize, and prepare orders as needed
Inspect materials for damage or accuracy
Keep warehouse and yard areas clean, organized, and safe
Assist with inventory control and material tracking
Follow company safety procedures at all times
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
Forklift experience required
Prior warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, or construction supply experience preferred
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license preferred

Compensation:
Pay will be based on experience.
