Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $550,000 guaranteed base salary
• Bonuses: $55,000 signing bonus + $100,000 student loan support
• Additional Compensation: wRVU (uncapped)

What You'll Do

• Provide expert Hematology and Oncology care in a growing, well-equipped cancer center
• Collaborate with a team of 3 Hematology/Oncology physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• Manage a patient population with various cancers, including breast, colon, lung, and prostate
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical trials
• Engage in patient education and supportive care strategies
• Contribute to the growth of the cancer program and community outreach efforts
• Use advanced electronic medical record systems and access Mayo Clinic resources

What You Need

Required:

• BC/BE in Hematology and Oncology
• Ohio medical license (or eligibility)
• Active DEA certification
• Prior experience in Hematology/Oncology preferred

Preferred:

• Experience with clinical trials or genetic counseling
• Strong team collaboration and patient communication skills
