Senior DeveloperINflow Federal is seeking a Senior Developer to lead design, development, and integration of enterprise-level case management system components supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This role focuses on building secure, scalable, and compliant applications that automate business processes, enhance workflow efficiency, and maintain operational continuity across multiple mission partners. The Developer will play a critical role in developing new features, integrating APIs, and maintaining high availability and data integrity across multiple cloud-hosted Impact Levels (IL2–IL5). With opportunities to work on high-impact projects, access to the latest technologies, and a culture that thrives on creativity and collaboration, INflow Federal is where your expertise can truly make a difference.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Lead full-stack software development for case management and workflow automation modulesImplement microservices-based architecture supporting modular, scalable functionality across CMA systemsDesign and integrate RESTful APIs enabling data synchronization between user interfaces, reporting dashboards, and backend servicesDevelop secure, responsive front-end components aligned with human-centered design principles to optimize user interaction and accessibilityCollaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and system administrators to implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelinesEnsure code and configuration compliance with DoD cybersecurity baselines, including DISA STIG and RMF standardsOptimize data access and application performance through caching, indexing, and asynchronous service callsCreate and maintain automated unit, integration, and regression tests to support Agile delivery cyclesParticipate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure iterative delivery and continuous feedback integrationSupport deployment readiness by ensuring baseline documentation, configuration tracking, and version control are complete and currentConduct peer code reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and mentor junior developersTroubleshoot application defects and performance issues, providing Tier 3 support during critical incidentsCollaborate with business analysts and end users to ensure functional designs align with mission workflowsRequired Skills:Strong proficiency with Java, C#, or Python, and frameworks such as Spring Boot,.NET Core, or DjangoExperience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) for dynamic, data-driven UI developmentProficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, optimization, and migrationFamiliarity with API design, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD automation toolsUnderstanding of DoD STIGs, data encryption, and cross-domain data exchange protocolsOutSystems experience is strongly preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills in a cloud-first, security-focused environmentExcellent collaboration and communication abilities across technical and functional teamsDetail-oriented approach to coding, testing, and documentationAbility to lead sprint-based technical efforts and ensure delivery of production-ready codePreferred certifications: AWS Certified Developer – Associate or Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+ CE (DoD 8570), Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) or similar Agile certificationRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experienceMinimum 7 years of experience in full-stack software development for enterprise or federal systemsExperience developing in AWS GovCloud or similar IL-classified cloud environmentsDemonstrated success implementing workflow-driven case management systems in Agile or DevSecOps environmentsExperience with OutSystems is highly preferredRequired Clearance:Active DoD Secret clearanceOther Notes:Some travel may be required: Must have valid driver's license and transportation.
