Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• Patient volume: 10-12 visits per day in 8 hours.
• Practice setting focus: Primary orthopedics.

Glendale, Arizona offers access to major entertainment and outdoor destinations within the Phoenix metro area.
