If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med SurgLocation: 4347 Broad River Road, Columbia, SC 29210Duration: 13 weeksWork Schedule: 6:00 PM – 7:00 AMPay Rate: $49.50/hourJob SummarySeeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with strong Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) experience to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care during the night shift.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards.Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs and clinical status.Administer medications and treatments as ordered.Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Document patient care accurately and maintain complete medical records.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies.Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and care needs.Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive patient-care environment.RequirementsActive South Carolina RN License or applicable compact license.Previous Med Surg nursing experience is required.Current BLS certification.Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
