Key Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting evaluations, counseling, and interventions in a school setting
• Strong understanding of special education processes and IEP development
• Excellent communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to guide educational planning
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive learning environments for students
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Section 504 plans
• Deliver individual and group counseling services addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Contribute expertise to crisis intervention, prevention, and response efforts
• Offer consultative support regarding classroom management, academic interventions, and student behavior plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
