We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our team at Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 200-bed Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility located in Cortland, New York. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about quality care, staff support, and creating a positive environment for residents, patients, families, and team members.

Competitive salary: $80,000-$85,800 annually (plus a Sign on BONUS $6000 )

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, supervision, and support to nursing staff
• Monitor clinical care delivery to ensure quality and compliance
• Assist with staff education, coaching, and performance management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to improve outcomes
• Support resident/patient care planning and clinical decision-making
• Help foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion
• Promote excellent customer service for residents, patients, and families

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Previous leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and documentation standards
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
