Assignment Details
Patient Ratio: 1:2
Beds/Rooms: 16 beds / 14 rooms
Daily Census: ~14

Requirements
- 2 years of RN experience preferred
- Trauma Level I experience preferred; Trauma Level II experience also preferred
- Previous charge experience preferred
- Travel experience required
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Preferred certifications: PALS, TNCC
- EMR: Epic experience required
- Core clinical skills: ventilator management, central line care, dysrhythmia recognition & management, BiPAP/CPAP, blood product administration, starting/maintaining IVs

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide critical care to ventilated and critically injured adult patients.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including IV teams, PT, Respiratory, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy, and Interpretation services.
- Monitor and manage hemodynamic status and critical illness indicators.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and treatments.
- Administer medications and blood products as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.

Compliance / Notes
- State or Compact nursing license must be in hand at the time of submittal.
- Onboarding: core items/labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing.
- Orientation modules to be completed onsite (RN module time ~4-6 hours); modules non-billable.
- Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler.
