Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, within medical device, healthcare manufacturing, or OEM environments. Proven experience selling medical devices, medical supplies, or manufacturing services to healthcare and medical OEMs. Strong business development and account management skills. Experience collaborating with engineers, technical teams, or engineering design firms is highly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Must reside in Ohio, Michigan, or Indiana. Willingness to travel as required to customer sites, company headquarters.

Preferred Background: Contract manufacturing or medical device manufacturing experience. Experience selling into OEM organizations. Familiarity with electromechanical products or technical manufacturing solutions. Established network within the medical device or healthcare manufacturing industry.

Job Description: The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships within the assigned territory. This individual will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver manufacturing solutions and support clients throughout the entire sales process. Must sit out of Ohio, Michigan, or Indiana.

Key Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers -Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical device and healthcare OEM market. -Manage customer inquiries, sales activities, and order requirements. -Partner with engineering teams to develop customer quotations and manufacturing solutions. -Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle, from initial opportunity through product delivery. -Ensure consistent communication with customers regarding project status, timelines, and fulfillment. -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. -Travel throughout the territory to meet with customers and prospects as needed.
