Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,400 – $81,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Coordinate and supervise the duties of team members, supervisors, and volunteers in the concessions department Schedule interviews and hire team members; conduct training sessions in line with company policies and procedures Follow federal, state, and local regulations in relation to safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol, payroll, employment, and EEO Ensure cash handling and inventory levels processes are effective Prepare sales and operational reports as required More about you Minimum of 5 years of management or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably in a concessions environment No college degree required Working knowledge of business and accounting procedures; ability to analyze data Experience with inventory distribution and familiarity with POS systems Shift details Days Evenings Holidays Weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr Casino Gaming Institute Inc
