Responsible for decontamination, cleaning, processing, and sterilization of supplies and equipment dispensed by the department following established infection control practices and guidelines. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved! RTO for December will not be approved. Traveler must have 5 days (or less - less is better) RTO for this assignment. Rate not applicable to "local" travelers (those who reside within 75 miles of facility). Local travelers must be uploaded at a 10% reduction in rate/hour. Thank you. Non-billable orientation: 0 hours. Holiday, OT, call-back multipliers: 1.25% call. Charge: not applicable for this need.

Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment.

Profile requirements: Work history skills checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year (when applicable). 1 supervisory signed reference (from within the past two years of employment). License/certifications (as required by posting, when applicable - facility will not pend certs). Certification requirements: BLS (AHA) CBSPD HSPA (IAHCSMM).
