Our Complex Litigation team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to support high-impact class action matters. This is a junior attorney role within a collaborative and fast-paced practice, handling large-scale litigation on behalf of groups of plaintiffs. The position blends legal research, litigation, and client management, offering meaningful, hands‑on experience from the outset. This is a full‑time Associate Attorney position within the Firm’s Class Action practice group. Attorneys in this group represent individuals in large‑scale class action lawsuits against sophisticated and well‑resourced entities, with a strong history of securing significant settlements and verdicts. The team handles a wide range of complex cases, including matters involving consumer protection, and privacy statutes. The Associate Attorney will manage a complex caseload of federal and state matters in these areas while working closely with senior attorneys to develop strategy and drive case outcomes across all stages of litigation. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of state and federal class action matters, including cases involving consumer protection, unfair business practices, and related statutory claims Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and substantive briefs such as class certification and summary judgment Conduct legal research and prepare high‑quality written work product, including correspondence and discovery‑related materials Manage and oversee written discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission Conduct depositions, participate in oral arguments, and assist in expert witness interviews and case development Coordinate and manage e‑discovery processes, including document review, organization, and production Qualifications Minimum 3‑5 years of litigation experience Active California Bar license (preferred) Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Interest in complex litigation and consumer class action cases #J-18808-Ljbffr
