We’re looking for a Sales & Service Agent who combines a drive to achieve results with a commitment to helping others. You’ll build customer relationships, educate people about their coverage options, and provide attentive service that earns their trust. What You’ll Do Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Ask thoughtful questions to understand customers’ needs and priorities. Explain insurance options clearly and empower customers to make informed decisions. Identify opportunities to provide additional protection through needs-based sales conversations. Follow up promptly on inquiries, quotes, and service requests. Assist with policy questions and changes while maintaining accurate records. Work toward sales and service goals, apply coaching, and contribute to a positive team environment. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed. Coachability and a willingness to put feedback into practice. Dependability, punctuality, and consistent follow-through. Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills. Comfort initiating conversations, asking for business, and handling objections professionally. Organization and attention to detail. Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
