Position Content Creator Summary We're hiring a full-time Content Creator to help grow our brands and drive e-commerce sales through social-first content. Your primary focus will be our Japanese hand tool brand-creating authentic, engaging content for woodworkers, gardeners, knife enthusiasts, and craft communities in the U.S. While content creation is the heart of this role, as part of a small hands-on team, you will also wear multiple hats and assist with marketing and operational tasks such as SEO, customer support, and fulfillment. Essential Duties Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content Photograph products for web stores, social media, and advertising assets Write short, punchy captions and on-screen text Handle influencer collaborations, product seeding, and content coordination Assist with web advertising, SEO, and email outreach to prospective partners and customers Support order fulfillment and packing during busy periods Provide customer support via email and similar channels Pitch in across general business tasks as needed in a small team environment Working Hours / Working style 40 hours per week Full-time Working Location Costa Mesa, CA On-Site Salary / Benefit $25-30/hr Paid time off and paid sick leave Qualifications A portfolio of video you shot and edited yourself Comfortable running a shoot solo - camera or phone, lighting, tripod, audio included Proficiency with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut) and design tools (Illustrator, Canva, or similar) Fluent written English skills Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team Authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications E-commerce experience with Shopify Japanese language ability Interest or hands-on experience in woodworking, gardening, or craft communities #J-18808-Ljbffr
