Coming soon…Student Loan Reimbursement assistance About the Job The Process Technician plays a key role in safely manufacturing, handling, and loading lime slurry products while supporting plant operations, equipment performance, and continuous improvement efforts. Safely load and unload lime slurry and pneumatic tanker products for customer shipments. Wash, inspect, and prepare liquid tankers for loading operations. Operate plant machinery, mobile equipment, and production systems. Monitor production processes and troubleshoot operational issues. Support equipment maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects. Initiate maintenance requests and assist with equipment troubleshooting. Maintain high housekeeping standards and comply with all safety procedures. Collaborate with team members to maximize plant efficiency, production, and reliability. Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. 1-2 years of experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Ability to work overtime, holidays, and respond to call‑ins as plant operations require. Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work comfortably at heights. Ability to perform general maintenance activities and operate industrial equipment safely. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience operating manual transmission vehicles. Experience backing and maneuvering trailers. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of an empowered team. Commitment to workplace safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
