Our regular operational hours, Monday through Friday, promote a well-balanced work-life setting.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations, including reviewing pertinent medical history and performing standardized assessments to establish a baseline for treatment.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, effectively communicating findings and strategies to patients and their families while involving them in goal-setting processes.Execute treatment protocols with proficiency, modifying techniques as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical judgment.Document patient progress meticulously, recognizing and communicating any changes in health status to the healthcare team.Engage in interprofessional consultations as needed to coordinate care with other healthcare providers, ensuring optimal treatment pathways for patients.Stay current with best practices in physical therapy, utilizing evidence-based approaches and actively participating in educational opportunities for continuous professional growth.Patient Population / Client FocusOur clinic primarily serves a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from surgery, athletes seeking rehabilitation from sports injuries, and patients dealing with chronic pain related to foot and ankle disorders. A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey is essential, alongside strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with team members.Preferred ExperienceWhile recent graduates are welcome to apply, candidates with prior experience in outpatient physical therapy, particularly focused on foot and ankle conditions, will be viewed favorably.
