Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Records Technician to oversee file maintenance, document retrieval, and records administration in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize physical and electronic records.
• Retrieve, track, and manage files in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to document requests and support internal teams with records-related needs.
• Coordinate file storage, transfers, and document circulation.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with records projects and other administrative responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years of relevant records management experience.
• Prior law firm or professional services experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
