Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify student speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and carry out effective therapy plans tailored to students’ specific needs
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Provide support and strategies to classroom teams for inclusive communication opportunities
• Document and report progress on student goals, contributing to IEP meetings as needed
• Maintain up-to-date records and adhere to all school and state guidelines
