Salary Range: $77,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality improvement programs.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage supplier corrective actions and drive root cause analysis for non-conformances.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to define supplier quality requirements.
• Monitor and report on key supplier quality performance metrics.
• Participate in new product development to ensure supplier readiness and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for supplier quality processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, or a related manufacturing role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in core quality tools (e.g., FMEAs, Control Plans, SPC, PPAP, 8D problem-solving).
• Experience conducting supplier audits and assessments.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CSSGB)
• Experience with a diverse range of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, casting, injection molding, electronics assembly)
• Working knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485, AS9100, IATF 16949)
• Proficiency in a data analysis or statistical software package (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python)
• Experience with supplier development programs or continuous improvement initiatives
