Senior Manager, Global Equity Programs

Vialto

Vialto is seeking a Global Share Schemes Senior Manager to drive complex equity compensation initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax to ensure compliant, scalable equity programs while supporting client success. The role operates within a global hub model with in-country specialists and requires a strategic, detail-oriented leader who can mentor teams and deliver high-quality analytics and governance across global programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vialto
