Registered Nurse Nursing Supervisor (Hiring Immediately)

Location:Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior LivingJoin our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor who is responsible for the delivery of resident care by licensed and non-licensed staff in our Continuing Care Neighborhoods, which include skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care.Compensation: commensurate based with experience between $42.50 - $47.00 hourly, in addition to a shift differential of $2.00 hourly for evening shifts worked between Monday-Friday and $5.00 hourly for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).Schedule: 3:00pm - 11:30pm (evening shift) Mondays - Fridays. No weekends required. Full-Time (40 hours/week).What we offer

Complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing.Review documentation in medical records to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice, and Erickson policy.What you will needMinimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital is required.Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required.Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.Current CPR certification required.Oak Crest is a beautiful 87-acre continuing care retirement community in Parkville, MD.
