Role:

The Technical Program Manager (TPM), Program Governance drives execution excellence across B&MI's technology portfolio by establishing governance frameworks, delivering portfolio insights, and enabling data-driven decision making. This role partners with engineering, product, operations, and business leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned, risks and dependencies are managed, and delivery outcomes are transparent and predictable.

All About You:

Drive governance, portfolio management, and program reporting standards across multiple initiatives.

Provide visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, milestones, and key performance metrics.

Develop dashboards, executive communications, and reporting that support leadership decision-making.

Facilitate cross-functional alignment and accountability across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.

Identify execution risks and process improvement opportunities to enhance delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance reviews.
