Job Description: As a Lead Installer, you will oversee the installation of architectural millwork products, ensuring that every project is completed on time and to our high standards of quality. You will lead a team of skilled installers, coordinating daily activities, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of installers during the installation of millwork products. Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate installation and adherence to design. Coordinate with project managers and other trades to schedule installations and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Perform quality checks to guarantee that all installations meet our quality benchmarks. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns and providing exceptional service. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ Years experience in equivalent field, previous architectural millwork installation experience is required Ability to read blueprints and understand construction techniques Practical problem-solving skills to communicate any problems or obstacles Time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required The products and services we provide are of the highest quality available, applicants must have the passion and pride to produce the same to become part of our team. Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail while working independently is required Physical Abilities: Ability to work in physically demanding jobs, lift and carry up to 50lbs, stand for 7+ hours per day, including sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, climb ladders and work at varying heights. Requires the ability to operate, maneuver and/or control the actions of equipment, machinery, tools, and/or materials used in performing essential functions What We Offer: Competitive salary.
