Family Medicine, Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are currently looking for a board certified/board eligible nurse practitioner or physician assistant experienced in primary care to join Primary Care Associates in Hollister, CA .

• Primary Care Associates is part of BASS Medical Group, a multispecialty network comprised of 465+ providers across 42 medical specialties in Northern California
\n
• Our team includes 1 family medicine physician, 1 internal medicine physician, 1 pediatrician, 4 physician assistants, 2 pediatric nurse practitioners, well as a tenured support staff
\n
• We offer the full spectrum of primary care services to patients of all ages
\n
• This role affords the incoming provider an opportunity to manage their own patient panel with a fair degree of autonomy within a collegial and collaborative team culture
\n
• Offering flexible part-time and full-time schedules with clinic hours Monday-Friday; no evenings, weekends, or holidays
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• 1+ year of primary care experience required
\n
• Familiarity with EPIC medical record system preferred
\n
• State licensure and board certification is required
\n
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
\n

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $163,000 to $190,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
