Vehicle Recon Coordinator

Vehicle Recon Coordinator
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual with automotive experience to help manage vehicle reconditioning and prepare vehicles for sale.
What You'll Do
- Inspect vehicles and recommend needed reconditioning.
- Review condition reports and repair estimates.
- Coordinate repairs with vendors and internal teams.
- Track vehicles through the reconditioning process.
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding vehicle status.
- Ensure vehicles are sale-ready on schedule.
- Perform basic vehicle checks, including mileage verification and identifying visible mechanical or cosmetic concerns.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in automotive reconditioning, dealerships, auctions, body shops, or vehicle inspections is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Basic automotive knowledge and vehicle inspection experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and mobile technology.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Ability to walk the lot, enter/exit vehicles frequently, and work outdoors as needed.
