Accepted agencies and certifications include, but are not limited to, the following: National Heathcareer Association – Certified Phlebotomy Technician: CPT (NHA).American Society for Clinical Pathology – Phlebotomy Technician: PBT (ASCP).American Medical Technologists – Registered Phlebotomy Technician: RPT (AMT).National Center for Competency Testing – National Certified Phlebotomy Technician: NCPT (NCCT).American Certification Agency – Certified Phlebotomy Technician: CPT (ACA).Hospital Lab information system skills and strong customer service skills.Experience working in the clinical setting.Preferred Job Requirements.5+ years' experience as a Phlebotomist.
