We are in need for a Full Time Parts Counter person at our Chevrolet dealership in Oconomowoc. Under the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Counter person will own the job duties listed below: Responsibilities Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly and professional manner Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information Pulls and fills orders from stock Follows up on back-ordered parts Replenishes assigned inventory daily Drive/Deliver parts as needed Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service order Issues and tracks requested shop tools to technicians Other duties as assigned Requirements Valid driver’s license Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Detail-Oriented Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Competitive Compensation Plan Employee Discount Program Growth and Advancement Opportunities Continuous Training and Development Annual Award Recognition Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Life and disability insurance available Compensation: Based on experience Ewald Automotive Group is a multi-year winner of Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Top Work Places.
