We're growing quickly and are looking for a creative, organized, and social media-savvy Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to join our Chicago team immediately.

What You'll Do

As a Social Media Coordinator, you'll execute social media strategies for a variety of exciting brands.

Responsibilities include:

• Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Assist with content calendars and campaign planning
• Write engaging captions tailored to each client's brand voice
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with local communities
• Attend on-site content creation sessions, photoshoots, and client meetings throughout Chicago
• Capture behind-the-scenes iPhone content and assist with content organization
• Track social media performance and compile monthly analytics reports
• Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and emerging social media best practices

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 2–3+ years of experience in social media marketing, communications, or digital marketing
• Has strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Is creative, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Is comfortable juggling multiple clients and deadlines
• Is familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite
• Has experience with Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Loves restaurants, hospitality, lifestyle brands, and creating engaging content
