Director of Heavy Aircraft Maintenance & FAA MRO

Aerotek is seeking a Director of Maintenance in Marana, AZ, to lead the heavy aircraft modification team for a B777 Passenger-to-Freighter program. You will drive safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while guiding multiple maintenance units and strategic improvements. This is a first-shift, on-site role with travel to multiple locations as needed. You will oversee maintenance operations, manage budgets, mentor leaders, and ensure readiness of personnel and tooling to meet customer #J-18808-Ljbffr Aerotek
