• You will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences for interior finishes and flooring, providing personalized recommendations and expert advice to guide them through our extensive selection.
• With your keen eye for design, you'll bring spaces to life by offering expert guidance on flooring selections, including carpet, hardwood, tile, luxury vinyl, and more.
• Providing accurate estimates and bids is crucial to winning clients and sealing the deal, so you'll be responsible for managing the sales process from consultation to installation, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• To stay ahead of the competition, you'll stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and best practices.
• As a sales associate, you'll also be responsible for giving tours of our showroom and highlighting our unique offerings.
