What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients, respecting their privacy and individual needs.
Utilize the nursing process effectively for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Assess learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies.
Delegate tasks and manage resources efficiently to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards, including handling infectious materials responsibly.
Embrace a patient-centered approach to improve satisfaction and professional growth.

What You Need:

Current RN license in Louisiana
2+ years of ICU nursing experience
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI (Blue Card)
Proficiency in EPIC documentation and healthcare software
Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to patient needs
