Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor

Serve as a technical liaison between business and IT while performing hands‑on development work Design, develop, and maintain complex technical solutions, including custom user interfaces, automation tools, and data pipelines Develop and maintain processes that ingest, transform, reconcile, and consolidate data from internal systems and external vendor files Automate complex reconciliation and matching processes to reduce manual effort and enable low‑touch or one‑click workflows Refactor and modernize legacy reporting and automation solutions Work with complex and incomplete data to understand upstream processes, data gaps, and system behaviors Partner with IT teams on technical design, including data structures, tables, indices, and upstream capture requirements Identify process improvement and automation opportunities Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in regulated and compliance‑sensitive environments Lead and manage medium‑complexity projects or components of larger projects across multiple business units Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience Minimum 7+ years of experience working in a role creating programmatic solutions and driving insights from large data sets Strong experience with complex SQL and relational data design Proficiency in Python, C#, SSIS, and SAS (or comparable combination of scripting and programming languages) Experience building custom user interfaces or internal tools that support data capture, automation, or operational workflows Ability to translate complex business processes into technical, production-ready solutions Experience working cross-functionally with business partners and IT teams in complex enterprise environments Ability to quickly deliver in an ambiguous environment and handle multiple iterations to accomplish the final product Ability to organize and execute project deliverables with high quality, leadership, and drive strategic execution If working from home, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in designing and developing complex technical solutions, including custom user interfaces and automation tools, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance in regulated environments.
