A day in the life:

• Process and maintain Record Inquiry Accounts. Research and answer questions by phone or email from current account holders asking about their account. This includes everything from issues logging into the system, password resets, error messages, billing issues and other general inquiries.
• Answer questions from prospective account holders regarding the application process, available services and records.
• Accept and review applications and apply payments to accounts.
• Provide support to the Confidential Records Desk and Law Enforcement Desk by answering phones, responding to questions and processing requests.
• Work is primarily performed in a typical office environment and requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time. Occasional travel may be required for training and meetings.

Minimum qualifications:

Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents.

OR

An associate’s degree in any field.

OR

An equivalent combination of education and experience.
