General Manager Responsibilities

General Managers are responsible for:

Ensuring the restaurant is staffed with qualified candidates
Ensuring an effective work schedule made to build sales
Ensuring all required training is completed
Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolve all complaints. Making sure every customer leaves happy
Keeping a high level of operational standards
Keeping a safe work environment and food is prepared safely
Managing daily operations of the restaurant
Managing inventory and purchasing
Managing restaurant financials and budget
Following all company policies and procedures
Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic work environment for all employees
