This is a fast-paced environment with a strong food and beverage program, a loyal guest base, and plenty of opportunity for a great leader to make their mark.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN


This isn't a "keep the wheels turning" GM position.


You'll be responsible for the people, performance, and profitability of the restaurant.


Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading from the front and setting the tone for the entire team
• Developing a strong management team and future leaders
• Driving sales and maximizing profitability
• Owning the P&L, labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Recruiting, training, motivating, and retaining great people
• Creating a culture where accountability and hospitality go hand in hand
• Maintaining high standards for food, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Building relationships with guests and creating an experience that keeps them coming back
• Identifying opportunities to improve operations and financial performance
• Keeping the team focused, energized, and moving forward-even when the restaurant is slammed

YOU'RE THE ONE IF...


You're more than someone who can manage a restaurant.


You're a business-minded hospitality leader.


You bring:

• 3+ years of General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience
• High-volume and/or full-service restaurant experience
• Proven success leading and developing teams
• Strong P&L and financial management skills
• Experience managing labor, food cost, and operational expenses
• Beverage or full-liquor experience is a plus
• The confidence to make decisions and the emotional intelligence to bring people with you
• A high-energy, positive leadership presence
• The ability to hold people accountable without killing the culture
• A genuine passion for hospitality
