Senior Investment Operations & Fund Accounting Associate – Alternative Investment Firm $140K–$160K Base + Bonus | Hybrid (3 Days In-Office) | Boston, MA A highly successful Boston-based alternative investment management firm is seeking an experienced Senior Operations & Fund Accounting Associate to join its collaborative finance team. This is an opportunity to work within a sophisticated global investment platform alongside a small, high-performing team in a fast-paced yet collegial environment. The role offers broad exposure across operations, fund accounting, trade support, and financial reporting within a complex multi-asset class investment environment. Responsibilities: Prepare daily cash, exposure, and performance reports for internal stakeholders Monitor trade activity, settlements, reconciliations, and collateral movements Support fund accounting processes, including accruals, journal entries, and NAV review Coordinate with administrators, custodians, prime brokers, and auditors Assist with corporate actions, regulatory reporting, and month-end close activities Help streamline operational workflows and support ongoing process improvements Qualifications: 5+ years of hedge fund operations and/or fund accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus Exposure to public and private market investment products preferred Strong Excel skills and familiarity with investment operations systems Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please apply directly to this ad or email Chris at View email address on click.appcast.io . #LI-CN1 #LI-HYBRID IND123 #J-18808-Ljbffr
