Automotive Sales Leader | Grow the Team & Close More Deals

McDonald Volvo in Littleton, CO is seeking an experienced automotive sales leader to drive performance and coach a busy sales team. You will build relationships with customers, guide the sales process, and help close deals while overseeing daily operations of the sales department.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years in auto sales, plus supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of Dealer Management Systems to support training and reporting.
