Location: NYC hybrid (3 days) - local NY/NJ only

Key Responsibilities

• Receive scripts and application screenshots and develop video-based training content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Build and edit video timelines based on provided scripts and visual content.
• Synchronize narration, screenshots, and visual content to create cohesive training videos.
• Configure animations, clicks, transitions, and timing within video content.
• Develop engaging visual presentations that effectively communicate application functionality and business processes.
• Apply thoughtful visual design and storytelling techniques to improve learner engagement.
• Create storyboards based on user stories, screen wireframes, and pre-release application code.
• Develop instructional videos documenting new and enhanced functionality and business processes.
• Enhance AI-generated voiceovers for clarity and quality.
• Edit, format, render, and export videos for multiple platforms and devices.
• Optimize video content for different screen sizes and viewing environments.
• Prepare and publish video content for the agency's Learning Management System (LMS).
• Build and organize curriculum structures for 25+ courses consisting of multiple training videos.
• Develop prototypes and pilot presentations.
• Verify the usability, functionality, and performance of e-learning content.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate technical concepts into effective training materials.
• Review completed training content for accuracy, consistency, quality, and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing e-learning and multimedia training content.
• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, which will be the primary tool used in this position.
• Extensive experience building video timelines, editing visual content, synchronizing narration, and managing timing and transitions in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience configuring animations, clicks, transitions, and timing to create engaging instructional videos.
• Strong visual design and storytelling ability, with the ability to create engaging presentations that improve learner engagement.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with scripts, screenshots, narration, visual elements, and timing.
• Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience developing storyboards based on user stories, screen wireframes, and application requirements.
• Experience publishing and hosting video-based e-learning content on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of video editing concepts, including media importing, cutting, trimming, timeline editing, clip arrangement, and audio synchronization.
• Ability to accept feedback, adapt to changing requirements, and work within established processes.
