Opportunity Physician Assistant – Plastic Surgery with Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem. Harlem Hospital is the largest hospital in Central Harlem and the only Safety Net Hospital in Northern Manhattan. Responsibilities Provide patient care, perform diagnostic and therapeutic tasks under the responsibility and supervision of a physician. Exercise autonomy in decision‑making within the constraints of appropriate experience and training within the physician/physician assistant relationship. Engage in educational, research, and administrative activities as part of the physician assistant practice. Work Monday‑Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Qualifications Current certification/admissibility issued by the NCCPA. Current New York State registration. BLS certification and infection control certification. Benefits Annual base salary $131,127 – $174,836, based on years of state licensure and a 40‑hour work week. 401(k) company contribution: 3% immediately vested, additional 7% after one year of service.
