THE OPPORTUNITY

We are searching for an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our growing operations at our Harvey, LA location. YOU The Inside Sales Representative's goal will be to increase their assigned customer's overall experience, identify and qualify new customers, while increasing revenue for the Sales Department. The ISR is the "voice of the dealership to the customer, and the voice of the customer to the dealership." This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to transition from real estate, mortgage, or insurance sales.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Build relationships with existing and potential customers in the territory by strategic cold calling, prospect engagement, and business development Establish customer relationships with you as a single point of contact Qualify, maintain, and update customer account and asset information using CRM system Manage CQI (Customer Quality Index) Place open dialogue calls to assigned accounts (20+ connected per day) Field and direct incoming customer calls and walk-ins appropriately Learn, understand, and advise solutions for your customer's business issues Prospect/quote/sell rental machines Generate and forward comprehensive leads for everything the Company offers Know/apply all promotions and marketing campaigns when applicable Become accustomed to understanding customer buying signals and learn to close deals Maintain knowledge of competitive pricing, procedures, and trends Understand full-range of new and existing capabilities and features of all the Company's products
