Working Field SupervisorAs a Working Field Supervisor at Steri-Clean Fort Lauderdale, FL, you'll respond to biohazard, trauma, hoarding, and extreme cleaning scenes. You will lead projects that genuinely help people through some of their hardest moments, while following strict safety protocols and company procedures from start to finish. This is a physically demanding, emotionally mature role that rewards people who take pride in doing hard work well. If you have previous experience in cleaning, restoration, moving, or construction, you may be a good fit.Must be available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.ResponsibilitiesCommunication Able to reason and communicate with clients in explaining procedures, services, policies, etc.Documenting site projects (photos and paperwork) for Project ManagerSafety Manager Keeping up to date on new safety lawsEnsure working technicians follow all safety measuresMaking sure the warehouse is always in complianceWarehouse Manager Assuring proper inventory levels at all timesWarehouse is kept in a highly organized functional stateManagement is notified when e-waste, biohazard, and/or donations need to be picked upVehicle Maintenance Notify Management when there is an issue with any vehicleMonitor oil changesCoordinate with upper management and mechanics to have vehicles worked onBasic Financial Acumen Maintaining and operating within assigned project labor budgetsQualificationsMust be 18 years of ageMust be able to lift 50 lbs.Must have a valid state driver's license; an MVR will be runMust be able to work in a respirator and full PPE for long periodsMust be able to be on call some nights and weekendsMust have reliable transportation to get to our office (work vehicles provided)Must have working cell phoneCompany OverviewAre you looking for a company that values your potential?
