Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Assisting Physical Therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and implementations
• Providing individualized physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and equipment-based treatments
• Conducting daily treatment sessions, documenting patient progress, and reporting outcomes to the therapy team
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
