Travel Physical Therapist – Inpatient / Long-Term Care | North Dakota

\n 13-Week Contract | Day Shift | 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week

\n We’re hiring an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment providing rehabilitation services across inpatient and long-term care settings in North Dakota!

\n ?? Requirements:
\n • Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapy experience required
\n • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
\n • Active North Dakota PT License
\n • Strong clinical evaluation and treatment-planning skills
\n • Experience in inpatient and/or long-term care settings
\n • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
\n • Strong patient assessment and rehabilitation skills
\n • Excellent communication and documentation skills
\n • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
\n • Strong time-management and organizational skills
\n • Commitment to patient safety and quality care

\n ?? Assignment Details:
\n • 13-week contract
\n • Day shift
\n • 36 guaranteed hours/week
\n • Start Date: September 14, 2026
\n • 1 position available
\n • No holiday coverage required
\n • No on-call
\n • W-2 employment only

\n ?? Key Responsibilities:
\n • Evaluate patients' physical abilities, mobility, and rehabilitation needs
\n • Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
\n • Provide skilled therapeutic interventions based on patient goals
\n • Perform therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
\n • Assist patients with improving strength, balance, coordination, and mobility
\n • Provide gait and transfer training as appropriate
\n • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
\n • Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately
\n • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety techniques
\n • Recommend appropriate assistive devices and adaptive strategies
\n • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OTs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
\n • Promote patient independence and safe functional mobility
\n • Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements \n

CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #299232. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
