Position Requirements We are looking for individuals who will… Create a pleasant and welcoming restaurant environment for Guests and team members by treating others fairly and with respect. Lead and coach your team to operational excellence by promoting open communication and accountability. Prepare products according to Metro's operation, quality and safety standards, and ensure the restaurant meets sanitation and cleanliness standards during your shift.
