Window & Door Operations Manager

Job Description

What You'll Do

Oversee daily project operations for residential window and door installations.
Schedule crews and manage project workflows.
Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.
Monitor installation progress and ensure quality standards are met.
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during project execution.
Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field challenges.
Perform final walkthroughs and ensure project completion.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of direct experience managing residential window and door projects.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Experience working with installation crews and subcontractors.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Professional communication skills with both customers and team members.
