RQC, LLC is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead our self-perform crews on commercial construction projects at Naval Air Station Pensacola and surrounding military installations. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile Department of Defense projects while earning Davis-Bacon prevailing wages.As the Sheet Metal Foreman, you'll lead the daily activities of sheet metal crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll oversee the fabrication and installation of ductwork, air distribution systems, and HVAC equipment while coordinating field operations to keep projects on schedule.Since 1996, RQC has grown into a nationally recognized Design-Build contractor delivering fast-track commercial and military construction projects across the United States.
