Job Description Purpose & Scope: Performs those duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures, administering radio-pharmaceutical for the purpose of detecting pathology, evaluating function, or as a means of therapy. MEC approval: 7/11/2016 Education: An associate degree in radiological procedure is preferred. Experience: One year of experience in nuclear medicine is preferred. Certification/Licensure: Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Nuclear) or NMTCB required. BLS certification required.
