Family Medicine Opportunity in Keosauqua, Iowa - Two Hours from Des Moines, IA - 325K Starting Salary - 75K Sign-on Bonus

Practice Overview

• You'll practice broad-spectrum Family Medicine across several Rural Health Clinic sites in the area
• Clinic setup includes multiple exam-room pods and private office space at outlying locations
• Epic EMR (affiliated with a major academic health system)
• Typical daily volume runs about 20-23 patients

Schedule

• 4-day workweek: four 10-hour days with clinic hours generally 8a-12p and 1p-5p
• Call is light: about 1 week every 4-5 weeks, phone consults only
• Optional ED back-up or hospitalist coverage available based on need and your preference
• Multi-site clinic coverage with a consistent, planned rotation

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary 315,000-325,000 plus wRVU productivity bonus and quality/service incentives
• 70,000 sign-on bonus + up to 12,000 relocation assistance
• Additional 50,000 available for home purchase or land purchase/build within the county (rural funding)
• 260 hours PTO, 4,500 CME + 40 CME hours, IPERS retirement with 9.44% employer match, and full insurance package

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Comfort with full-spectrum primary care and independent rural practice
• Willingness to take a light phone-only call and collaborate with a supportive clinic team
• Open to practicing across multiple clinic locations
