Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience
- Trauma Level II Experience is required
- Trauma Level I Experience is preferred

Certifications Required:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

Skills and Special Requirements:
- Care of Ventilated Patients
- Central line care/management
- Continuous IV sedation
- CVA/Acute Stroke management
- External ventricular drain (EVD) management
- ICP monitoring
- Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
- Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
- Lumbar drains
- Neuro Intensive Care Unit experience
- Post Neurosurgery management
- Spinal cord injury management
- Titrate Cardiac and Vasoactive drips
- Traumatic Brain injury management
- Ventilator Management
- Neuro skills/experience required, including EVD insertions, Neuro Post-op care, A-line insertions, Intubation, Central line insertion, CRRT, Post-TPA care, and Post Thrombectomy care

Licensure:
- Pending license accepted

Other Requirements:
- Must have Neuro experience
- Candidates need to be non-locals (outside 100-mile radius)
- Compliance needs to start within 1-2 weeks of signing
- Drug screen required within 30 days of start
- EKG testing with a maximum of two attempts, failure leads to six-month system DNR (Do Not Return)
- Must pass an in-person MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) training if not previously certified
